The sales are often times really good and the staff friendly and helpful. Keep in mind though this is an outlet so if you have a return from any other Express or online order to return or exchange, you won't be able to.

Love the selection they have and the prices are always really good. I hate that you can't return items purchased at the original express store since this is an outlet but overall I'm very pleased.

I wish I remembered the person’s name who helped me but they were amazing. Got a really nice suit at 1/4 of the price I would anywhere else. Great quality.

Been shopping here regularly for five years now and I still think it's the best place to shop for modern and semi-professional clothes value-wise. Since it's a factory outlet, they usually get all the new items first. Nicole, Oscar, and Sydney are also super friendly and helpful.

As residents in the area, we visit the outlet mall rather regularly for shopping needs. I've found that there's more of a variety in this particular location compared to that of the one in Penn Square, as I'm always able to find a new blouse or pair of casual pants here compared to anywhere else. The pricing is reasonable, but is usually the same as you would get at the general store. However, I've found they frequently have various sales or promotions at this location that helps set them aside from the Penn Square one. They also accept student discounts as well, which is nifty. The inside of the shop is always clean, staff is considerate and helpful when needed, and it's usually never too crowded!

Nice place to shop, they have good deals. Sometimes it is a hit or miss but the team is good, the store is clean, and they were kind to me & helped me refind the items when I got the wrong pile from the fitting rooms!
